Pflaumenkuchen
Teig:
200g Mehl
100g Butter
50g Zucker
1 Ei
1 gestr. TL Backpulver
1 EL Sauerrahm
Teig schön kneten und in eine gefettete Springform
(ich nehme gerne eine Quicheform) drücken.
Pflaumen (ca. 600g) entsteinen, den Teig damit
dachziegelartig belegen, mit Zimtzucker bestreuen.
Streusel:
50g Mehl
50g Butter
50g Zucker
50g geriebene Haselnüsse
1 Msp Zimt
Streusel kneten und auf dem Teig verteilen, mit Mandelstiften bestreuen.
180°C, ca. 1 Std, Ober-Unterhitze backen.
Mit Schlagsahne ein Traum!
